I can't believe the time is almost here...Mr. Jacob will be making his appearance next week! I'm excited and nervous at the same time! Our firstborn child... T is excited as well especially since he's a boy. I'm swollen up like a balloon and having to pee all the time...not to mention how tired I've been in this third trimester. Needless to say...
